Ensure effective day-to-day planning and execution of inspection activities, assigning Quality Engineers (QEs) to factory inspections based on production schedules.Monitor and confirm that QEs are attending inspections as planned across various factory locations.Coordinate with the Technical Supervisor to assign QEs to factories producing similar styles for better efficiency and knowledge sharing.Develop weekly inspection plans, ensuring seamless execution; proactively manage any changes and update plans accordingly.Review all inspection reports with the Head of Department (HOD) daily, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, and transmitted to customers within 24 hours.Visit all manufacturing units weekly to gain a thorough understanding of production workflows and improve cross-functional coordination.Maintain inspection and audit reports in predefined formats, including PPM meetings, in-line inspections (multiple), factory audits, pre-final and final inspections, carton audits, and container loading supervision.Ensure all reports are free of spelling and grammatical errors, include relevant digital photo documentation, and are submitted promptly for HOD review.Follow a structured sequence for submitting inspection reports across all factories and provide clear documentation of corrective and preventive actions taken.Immediately escalate any deviations to the HOD and ensure decisions are effectively communicated to the customer.Qualifications / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Textile, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or garment / textile industries.
- Strong understanding of inspection processes, reporting standards, and factory operations.
- Experience managing or coordinating with field quality teams is a plus.
