Head of Projects : Civil : Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the execution of large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects across India
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all construction and development phases
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth operations
• Drive project budgeting, cost control, and compliance with regulatory norms
• Mentor and manage large cross-functional teams and ensure high-performance culture
• Align project goals with business objectives and global delivery standards
• Represent India operations in global project reviews and strategy meetings
