Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Projects, located in Bengaluru. The Head of Projects will be responsible for overseeing all project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, developing project plans, and mitigating risks. The role involves regular reporting on project progress and performance to senior management. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Project Planning, and Risk Management skills
• Team Management and Leadership abilities
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Coordination skills
• Proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools
• Experience in the apparel and textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
