Role Overview
We’re looking for a Blogger who can capture the voice, energy, and intelligence of these leadership conversations — and turn them into stories worth reading, sharing, and remembering.
If you can turn a 60-minute roundtable into a 3-minute post people can’t scroll past, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write crisp, insight-driven blogs around leadership discussions, emerging tech, AI, BFSI, SaaS, and startup ecosystems.
- Convert event highlights, quotes, and themes into compelling long-form and short-form content.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to translate CXO insights into clear, accessible narratives.
- Maintain the editorial voice of Flexi Roundtables — smart, sharp, and real.
- Ensure SEO optimization, formatting, and consistency across all published content.
- Track engagement and constantly refine tone, structure, and storytelling.
- Contribute ideas for new content verticals — from “Top 1% Dialogues” to “Roundtable Recaps.”
Who You Are
A storyteller who writes with clarity, rhythm, and point of view.You understand business, tech, and leadership — and can explain complex ideas simply.Comfortable switching between thought-leadership tone and conversational / blog language.Obsessed with details, headlines, and audience engagement.Bonus if you’ve written for business media, SaaS brands, or founder-led companies.Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in content writing, blogging, or business journalism.Excellent command of English and a strong grasp of narrative flow.Experience with SEO tools, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.Strong portfolio of published work that shows depth and clarity.What You’ll Gain
