About the Opportunity

Transform the Travel Experience with AI-Powered Creativity

What You Will Do

Develop a compelling creative vision for social media, driving engagement and loyalty across platforms.
Craft visually stunning, emotionally resonant, and highly shareable content that showcases Airial's innovative approach to travel planning.
Collaborate closely with product and growth teams to turn ideas into captivating social-first experiences.

Bridge Creativity with Product & Community

Work in tandem with product and growth teams to bring Airial's experiences to life on social media.

Stay at the forefront of social media trends, design styles, and storytelling techniques to drive creativity and innovation.

Engage with a growing community of travelers, creators, and influencers, fostering meaningful connections and partnerships.

Lead Teams, Partners & Creators

Establish strong relationships with video editors, agencies, and user-generated content creators, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality output.

Develop and execute influencer strategies, identifying key partners, negotiating collaborations, and crafting compelling creative briefs.

Set an example through hands-on involvement in editing, creating static assets, and showcasing best practices.

Elevate and Scale Airial's Brand Identity

Define a distinct creative direction for Airial Travel, guiding brand expression across markets and collaborators.

Develop style guides, templates, and storytelling principles that facilitate scalability and consistency.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within social media or digital storytelling.

A proven track record of building and scaling brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

A strong design sensibility, with expertise in directing video, graphic, and motion assets.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Experience within the travel industry.

Past success in building or managing influencer programs.

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
