We’re Hiring – 3 - Program Manager (Colocation | Data Center)
CtrlS, Asia’s largest Tier-4 Data Center operator, is looking for a Program Manager – Colocation to join our growing team in Mumbai.
If you are passionate about managing large-scale data center programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring top-class customer satisfaction, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee data center colocation projects end-to-end
- Drive customer success through on-time delivery, service reviews & uptime reporting
- Manage resources, budgets, and risks across multiple projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure revenue collection, compliance, and smooth service delivery
- Prioritize CSAT & NPS while handling client relationships
