Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT roles .
• Handle domestic and international hiring , including working with global clients and teams.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter , Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals to source top talent.
• Manage a small team of recruiters – mentor, support, and ensure successful delivery of hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and international stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
