We're looking for someone with prior agency experience who has managed campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and at least one quick commerce platform (such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart). The ideal candidate has some client-facing exposure, even if limited, and demonstrates a strong ability in campaign reporting, analysis, and ROI-driven optimization

Position Overview

As a Senior Specialist – Marketplaces , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth for our clients on Amazon and other key e-commerce platforms. You'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, marketplace optimization, and growth strategy execution, working closely with both clients and internal cross-functional teams.

You will also guide junior specialists, ensuring campaign excellence and process discipline.i

Key Responsibilities

Performance Ownership

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.) and other marketplaces(Flipkart, Quick comm)
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into KPIs such as ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, and sales trends to identify performance levers.
• Develop and implement data-driven optimization plans across bids, budgets, placements, and targeting.
• Manage A / B tests for creative, product titles, and copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
