Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Bhubaneswar, India, focused on expanding Limetaya's presence in the US market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about international business growth, client engagement, and IT consulting solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in and execute targeted email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn campaigns to attract and engage qualified leads.
- Conduct initial conversations with potential US clients to understand their requirements and pitch relevant IT and consulting solutions.
- Perform consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and CRM tools to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored client solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and submit weekly performance reports.
- Conduct product or service demonstrations for prospective US clients and partners when required.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute US-specific growth strategies.
- Gather and share client feedback and market insights to help refine offerings and improve sales approaches.
- Perform competitive research and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the US market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Represent Limetaya Technology professionally in all client communications and business engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (required).Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client engagementExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Basic understanding of IT services, consulting, or digital transformation.Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven, global environment.Willingness to work in US time zones to align with client schedules.How to Apply
