About the Role :
The National Business Lead – Corporates will be responsible for driving corporate revenue growth across the hospital group through strategic tie-ups with corporates at the national level. The role will focus exclusively on developing, standardizing, and expanding corporate partnerships for employee health checks, wellness initiatives, and long-term engagement programs.
By coordinating closely with unit-level sales and marketing teams, the incumbent will ensure consistency, scalability, and delivery excellence across all corporate accounts.
Location : Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bommasandra, Bengaluru
Qualifications : Postgraduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory).
Experience :
12–15 years of experience in Healthcare Corporate / Institutional Sales with a proven record of managing national-level corporate and aggregator partnerships.
Prior experience with hospitals, healthcare providers, wellness aggregators, or health-tech platforms is mandatory.
Key Deliverables :
1. Corporate Business Development
Drive acquisition of new corporate clients and strategic national partnerships.
Secure tie-ups for annual health checks, pre-employment checks, and wellness programs.
Promote Aarogyam and Clinic offerings through synergistic cross-sell initiatives with insurance and wellness teams.
Build strong CXO-level connects with CHROs, HR Heads, and Corporate Wellness Leaders.
2. National Account & Aggregator Management
Act as the single point of contact for large national / MNC and wellness aggregator accounts.
Drive multi-city partnerships across health check, outpatient, and inpatient services.
Ensure consistent service quality, renewals, and upsell across all partner touchpoints.
3. Unit Coordination & Standardization
Collaborate with unit-level sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution of national contracts.
Standardize pricing, service-level agreements, and engagement formats across hospitals.
Partner with Aarogyam, Clinics, and Insurance teams to implement unified corporate engagement programs.
4. Strategy, Partnerships & Reporting
Represent the organization at corporate wellness forums and HR conclaves.
Develop innovative partnership formats for long-term wellness collaborations.
Track business performance metrics, renewal rates, and revenue growth, presenting regular MIS to Group Leadership.
Candidate Skills :
