Sales Manager - Sheet Metal Industry (Delhi NCR)

📌 About Us

Jyoti Controls & Switchgear is a leading sheet metal manufacturer based in Delhi NCR. We specialize in precision sheet metal components and assemblies for industries mainly Railways and other Industrial Applications.

📌 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales / Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the sheet metal industry.

This is a field role, not a desk job. The right candidate should be willing to travel across Delhi NCR (and beyond if required) to identify, approach, and convert potential clients in industrial and government sectors.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in railways, aerospace, and other industrial sheet metal sectors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, contractors, and industrial buyers.

Achieve sales targets through regular client visits, networking, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams (production & design) to provide accurate technical and commercial proposals.

Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and potential tenders.

📌 Requirements

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry (mandatory).

✅ Strong network in industrial sectors (Railways, Aerospace, Automotive, Electrical Panels, etc.).

✅ Proven track record in field sales / business development.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Based in Delhi NCR with willingness to travel extensively.
