Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for an International Sales Manager. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to boost sales and market presence. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, negotiation with clients, sales forecasting, budgeting, and managing a sales team. The role also involves coordinating with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely deliveries and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in Market Analysis and Strategy Development
Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
Ability to manage Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting
Team Management and Leadership skills
Proficiency in various CRM and Sales software
Experience in the agricultural or food commodity industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
