1. Digital Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives in the chemical / manufacturing domain.
- Build brand awareness among industrial clients, distributors, and global partners.
- Manage and enhance the company's digital footprint across platforms (website, LinkedIn, email, trade portals, etc.).
- Lead Digital Marketing to Lead Management.
2. Website & SEO / SEM Management
Manage and optimize the corporate website to improve search rankings, content relevance, and lead generation.Drive organic and paid campaigns using SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Monitor web traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and similar tools.3. Content Marketing & Communication
Develop and oversee technical and marketing content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, and product videos.Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate complex chemical concepts into engaging marketing content.Ensure all digital content complies with brand guidelines and industry standards.4. Social Media & Campaign Management
Manage social media channels (especially LinkedIn and industry forums) to engage with key stakeholders.Execute lead generation and remarketing campaigns targeting industrial buyers and B2B clients.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.).5. CRM & Marketing Automation
Implement and manage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Nurture leads through email marketing, drip campaigns, and personalized communication.6. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with sales, R&D, and product management teams for consistent brand communication.Manage external agencies, designers, and digital vendors to ensure quality and timelines.Exhibitions and Events

Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of B2B industrial marketing and global digital platforms.Expertise in SEO / SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Analytics tools .Experience in content marketing for technical or chemical products .Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting capability.Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems .Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.6–10 years of experience in digital marketing within chemical, manufacturing, or B2B industries .Professional certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing are preferred.Immediate Joiners are preferredKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
