Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist, you will be the engine that powers our marketing team. You'll manage the technology, data, and processes that ensure our campaigns run flawlessly and deliver measurable results, empowering the team to achieve its goals.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Manage and update our HubSpot website, including building landing pages, forms, and publishing content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, including setting up email marketing (segmentation, reporting), managing the content calendar, and scheduling social media content.
- Own the complete data and reporting lifecycle across platforms, from implementing campaign tracking (UTMs, pixels) to creating dashboards and analyzing performance to deliver key insights.
- Provide basic design support for marketing assets using Canva or Figma to ensure project continuity.
What You Bring to the Table :
2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role.Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar toolsStrong proficiency in marketing data and analytics, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel / Google Sheets, and UTM tracking.Proficiency in SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.Excellent organizational and communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Bonus Points For :
A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.Experience with paid media campaign reporting (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)..Experience with Google Tag Manager.Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma.Skills Required
