Responsibilities
- Implement RTM plans to ensure wider distribution of fresh milk across target markets
- Optimize distributor, sub-distributor, and retail models for efficient market coverage
- Map routes for urban, semi-urban, and rural outlets
- activate new retail outlets in high-potential clusters
- Build strong retailer relationships
- Monitor route coverage, delivery efficiency, and outlet service frequency
- Track daily sales reports, secondary sales, and outlet activation numbers
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Team
Proven experience in building new markets, outlets, and distribution models
Strong knowledge of retail activation, and market development.
10–12 years of experience in RTM / Channel Sales in South region
