Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Alliance Manager to drive strategic partnerships with leading brands and suppliers across categories such as electronics, home appliances, consumer durables, and generic merchandise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in onboarding and managing brands for e-commerce or B2B marketplaces, building strong supplier relationships, and creating scalable sourcing pipelines that strengthen Dealberg’s product and category portfolio. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Onboarding & Relationship Management Identify, approach, and onboard brands and manufacturers across key categories : electronics, appliances, consumer durables, and general merchandise. Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and supply agreements in alignment with company objectives. Build long-term relationships with brand partners to ensure sustainable engagement and consistent supply. Collaborate with procurement and category teams to ensure smooth onboarding and pricing accuracy. 2. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Develop strategic alliances with OEMs, distributors, and importers to enhance Dealberg’s product range and sourcing efficiency. Lead category expansion initiatives by identifying new and complementary product lines. Co-create brand collaboration plans, marketing tie-ups, and promotional campaigns with the marketing team. 3. Business Growth & Revenue Enablement Track and analyse brand performance in terms of sales and margins Optimise product mix, pricing strategy, and replenishment planning based on demand insights. Drive contribution margin improvement through better negotiations, incentives, and supply-side efficiency. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor brand tie-ups. Conduct market mapping to identify emerging brands or product gaps in Dealberg’s portfolio. Recommend new categories and strategic opportunities based on demand patterns. 5.
