ROLE DESCRIPTION
ATEC exists to decarbonise cooking for all households across the Global South with our patented IoT eCook stoves. 4 billion people across Asia & Africa still lack access to modern cooking - generating 1 gigaton of emissions, more than the global airline industry. ATEC’s patented IoT technology means usage data is converted into 100% data-verified carbon credits - a global first for the sector. ATEC is now expanding across Asia & Africa - working with last-mile distributors and net-zero partners to decarbonise cooking at scale.
The HubSpot & Systems Support Manager will be responsible for leading the continuous optimization of our HubSpot ecosystem - including configuration, set-up of business processes, account management and overall system management.
This role bridges strategy, process, and technology—ensuring that HubSpot effectively supports end-to-end revenue operations, from lead generation to customer retention and service after sales. The HubSpot & Systems Support Manager will combine analytical precision with systems thinking and the ability to align cross-functional teams around unified data, processes, and performance goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. System Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and execute a HubSpot strategy that aligns with the organization’s growth goals, ensuring seamless support for operations, sales, and customer success activities.
- Design a scalable CRM architecture within HubSpot to enable efficient data flow, campaign tracking, and customer lifecycle management.
- Define key metrics, dashboards, and data models that provide leadership with actionable insights for forecasting and performance management.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage automation, personalization, and segmentation to improve lead engagement and conversion.
2. Process Alignment
Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer success teams to map and optimize business processes within HubSpot, ensuring alignment across departments.Establish appropriate and standardized role and permission framework, and implement across HubSpot users and business unitsEstablish and maintain lead management frameworks, including scoring, routing, and handoff between teams to improve conversion efficiency.Map out and implement Integration properties from other systems into HubSpot for customer registration.Establish and maintain distributor management framework to effectively support and monitor sales partners in line with operational needs.Standardize campaign tracking and reporting processes, ensuring consistent attribution and visibility across channels.Collaborate with the engineering for claims management and also integrate HubSpot data into business intelligence or reporting tools.Support change management and adoption efforts, ensuring teams understand and consistently apply system workflows and business processes within HubSpot, ensuring alignment across departments.3. System Ownership and Oversight
Serve as the primary system manager and subject matter expert (SME) for HubSpot, ensuring optimal and appropriate use of the HubSpot system and managing configuration, automation, and ongoing optimization.Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and hygiene across all records, including ensuring data protection standards are upheld.Manage system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange and representation across platforms (including Quicksight)Conduct regular platform audits, identifying areas for improvement, security risks, or redundant workflows.Oversee user permissions, governance frameworks, and role-based access to maintain operational integrity.Stay up to date with HubSpot feature releases and industry best practices, implementing enhancements that improve functionality and scalability.Provide training, documentation, and technical support to internal users across departments.Other duties as delegated by the Head of Business Growth & Operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems / Business Information Technology or Business Management.HubSpot certifications are mandatory3+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRMDemonstrated success in HubSpot strategy design, automation, and integration management.Sales experience with hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM is an added advantageComfort with data and automationStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
