Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Academic / Administrative Leader to strengthen our academic and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading institutional development.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences located in Jabalpur. The Principal will oversee all academic programs and administrative operations, ensure compliance with educational standards, evaluate faculty performance, and develop strategies to enhance the institution's academic standing. Additionally, the Principal will be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, student admissions, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

• Proven leadership and management skills
• Experience in academic administration and faculty evaluation
• Strong understanding of educational standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for academic programs and institutional growth
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
• PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in the higher education sector, particularly in technical and management disciplines, is a plus
• Strategic and Academic Leadership
• Drive strategic planning and execution to propel institutional growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulations from statutory bodies like NAAC, NBA, UGC,
• and AICTE.
• Oversee all aspects of institutional governance and administration.
