About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead our restaurant service operations and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will supervise the service team, coordinate between kitchen and service staff, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and guide the restaurant service team to ensure smooth operations during meal periods.
- Greet guests courteously and ensure personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service areas in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of service equipment and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement service improvements and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a reputed hotel or restaurant.Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and restaurant operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.Pleasant personality with a passion for service and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.Why Join Us :
