Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Chef de Partie (CDP) at Castle Venture, located in Navsari. The Continental CDP will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Other day-to-day tasks include supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, managing inventory and stock levels, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. The CDP will also assist with menu planning and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef de Partie or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and continental cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Relevant culinary education or certification
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
