Lead Full Stack Developer - Node.js / React.js

Description :

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of hands-on engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead / architect role.
• Strong expertise in Node.js (NestJS) , ReactJS, React Native, Python (preferred), and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, data pipelines, and healthcare data (EHR, claims, ADT, FHIR standards).
• Familiarity with AI / ML integration and building data-driven applications.
• Experience with HIPAA, security best practices, and compliance in healthcare systems.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of mentoring teams and delivering complex products in a startup or fast-paced to Have :
• Experience with healthcare integrations (Elation, Athena, eCW, HIE, claims pipelines).
• Familiarity with Twilio Programable SMS and Voice calls, Mailgun emails, wearable data APIs.
• Exposure to BI / reporting tools (PowerBI, BigQuery).
• Prior experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) programs or healthcare startups.
