Job description10–18 years of engineering experience with 3+ years in a lead or architect role Strong in Node.js (NestJS) and working knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, Python , and TypeScript Experience with AWS or GCP , Docker , and Kubernetes Solid understanding of PostgreSQL , data pipelines , and healthcare data standards (EHR, FHIR, ADT, claims) Awareness of HIPAA , security best practices , and compliance in healthcare systems Experience leading teams in fast-paced or startup environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable engaging with customers and partners Experience integrating healthcare systems (Elation, Athena, eCW, HIE, or claims pipelines) Familiarity with Twilio, Mailgun, wearable APIs , or BI tools (Power BI, BigQuery) Exposure to Value-Based Care (VBC) programs or US healthcare startups

What You’ll Work On
- Architect and lead the design of secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems
- Build and enhance backend microservices (Node.js / NestJS, Python) and front-end applications (React, React Native)
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver full-stack features and integrations
- Mentor engineers and set technical standards for clean, high-performance code
- Drive innovation by exploring AI / ML use cases and data-driven features
- Monitor, optimize, and improve application reliability, performance, and scalability
