About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for analytical and bio-analytical instruments while actively supporting the sales team. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and pre-sales / application support for advanced laboratory instruments, including Bio-Analytical tools like DLS, UV-VIS, Fluorescence, MALS, and Microfluidic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain :
• Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) systems
• UV-VIS spectrophotometers
• Fluorescence spectrometers
• Multi-Angle Light Scattering (MALS) instruments
• Microfluidic analysis systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and routine service visits.
• Troubleshoot hardware, optics, electronics, and software issues.
• Provide pre-sales and application support :
• Conduct demos for potential customers
• Assist in product selection and technical presentations
• Prepare application notes, feasibility studies, and quotations
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide technical input.
• Maintain detailed service reports, compliance documentation, and customer records.
• Stay updated on new technologies, software, and best practices.
