Key Responsibilities :
- Attend breakdown calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and calibration of Videojet equipment.
- Raise requests for parts and close transactions under Warranty, CAMP, or Chargeable.
- Promote service contracts and consumables to customers.
- Demonstrate products and impart training to customers.
- Update service reports in Oracle and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify parts requirements, obtain quotes, and manage purchase orders.
- Identify potential equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team.
- Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer issues within defined procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
