Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination & Management :
- Coordinate and run assigned projects / PM to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Track project progress and report any issues to maintain schedule and efficiency.
Customer & Vendor Management :
Maintain active communication with customers, sales teams, and vendors.Establish and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.Respond promptly to customer queries and service requirements.Service & Maintenance :
Assist in achieving a minimum 90% planned maintenance completion rate.Perform field service activities as required.Ensure proper documentation of service activities and project updates.Travel & Field Work :
Travel daily to customer sites (approximately 25% travel).Work after hours and on weekends as required, sometimes on short notice.Skills Required
