JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop job postings, and source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction :
Proactively source potential candidates using online databases, social media platforms, and networking events.Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Relationship Management :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.Maintain a strong relationship with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.Recruitment Strategy and Optimization :
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives and referral programs.Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficient and effective hiring.Interviewing and Selection :
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Participate in panel interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.Department : HR

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
