Job descriptionCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in documentation and onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Prepare job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
