Technical Recruiter Lead Job Description

The role of Technical Recruiter Lead is pivotal in driving the full-cycle recruiting process for US-based roles in Data Engineering / Analytics, CRM, Cloud, and Integration. This individual will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruiting process, converting job descriptions into clear requirements, building candidate pipelines, screening for technical fit, negotiating compensation, and closing deals.

For this challenging yet rewarding role, we are seeking an experienced IT recruiter with a proven track record of success in at least two of the following areas : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US tax and visa frameworks, be proficient in VMS / MSP environments, and possess excellent client-facing communication skills.
