Position Overview

Engineering Manager who combines strong system design expertise with exceptional people management skills to lead our healthcare claims processing engineering teams. This role requires deep technical knowledge of distributed systems and the ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

• Design and architect scalable healthcare claims processing systems handling millions of transactions
• Lead system design reviews and technical decision-making for complex healthcare workflows
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security standards meet healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Drive technical strategy for claims adjudication, provider networks, and member management systems
• Collaborate with architects on system integration patterns and data flow optimization
