Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. This role requires someone with strong critical thinking , emotional intelligence , and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring for multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple verticals (Travel, KPO / BPO, IT, Accounting, Healthcare, etc.)

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through portals, social media, and professional networks.

Utilize Keka Hire ATS for recruitment tracking and reporting.

Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain hiring SLAs while ensuring quality and speed of recruitment.

Stay updated on talent trends, market insights, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in BPO / KPO or International Travel companies (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of hiring practices for international clients.

Familiarity with Keka Hire or similar ATS tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

High level of emotional intelligence and critical thinking.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 work culture .
