The Risk Reporting / Risk Governance Manager will work closely with various stakeholders and functions, providing project accountability for key team deliverables.
The Role :
- Experience of working within a Risk management role, identifying and understanding risks, as well as developing, monitoring and enhancing Key Risk Indicators
- Development and production of regular risk reporting for various committees as well as adhoc senior management MI
- Development and production of ad hoc reporting which may be driven by internal activities or by bespoke projects
- Maintaining, reviewing and cleaning large, raw datasets, visualizing the data with analysis and commentary to inform senior management decision making
- Support and engage with relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of risk reports and the identification of risk data
- Responsible for overseeing and reporting on risk incident systems and driving timely, concise and responsive risk content to the business
- Provide an analytical approach to risk data working with the business to enhance and developing trend analysis to identify emerging issues / threats
- Drive a positive risk culture of confident and informed risk taking through the delivery of robust and useful insight.
- Use knowledge, experience, and industry best practice to suggest improvements and enhancements to existing processes and create operational efficiencies
- Assess, on a regular basis, whether data and insight being reported remains fit for purpose
- Proactive role model of the Apex behaviours and values
