Customer service : Ensures high standards of customer service are provided in the store, is always willing to help and solves issues involving customers.

iPods : Drives additional sales via iPods and contributes to creating a complete omnichannel experience for the customers

Processes

Effectively manages and participates in the delivery process and stockroom organisation.

Shrinkage and Security :

Knows and

applies all

internal procedures to control shrinkage and supervises inventories and applies all the necessary action plans to ensure the Company's objectives.

Supports the managers in all the operations processes in store Train team members while making sure these are carried out correctly.

Supports the managers in the appropriate use of RFID technology in all store processes and helps with the correct organisation and operation of

and SIMT orders.

Actively participates in all necessary tasks to support the overall needs of the store

Till supervision : Ensures compliance with all till procedures.

People

Collaborates in and guarantees the successful welcoming of new starters and follows up on their training.

Trains, develops

and

motivates

store staff with training sessions, talks (or other performance reviews) and development plans, and keeps the team up to date with all business objectives and the latest news

Supports the managers with the

daily planning, making

sure

all store tasks are completed.

Gives constructive

feedback

to their managers about the performance of the rest of the team

Supports the managers in team

meetings

and employee

Guarantees staff wellbeing, the implementation of best safe work practices and the compliance of all Health and Safety regulations
