About the Position :
We are seeking a diligent and well-organized Logistics & Dispatch Executive to oversee daily dispatch operations, documentation, and coordination with transporters and internal departments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate dispatches while maintaining complete control over stock movements and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Dispatch Operations :
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation including challans, invoices, gate passes, and transport records.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for order fulfillment and smooth dispatch flow.
- Plan dispatch schedules to meet client delivery timelines efficiently.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports and track inventory movement in coordination with store and accounts.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials before dispatch.
Logistics Coordination :
Liaise with transporters and courier partners for pickup, delivery confirmation, and freight tracking.Negotiate transport rates, maintain vendor records, and monitor freight expenses.Ensure compliance with GST invoicing, e-way bills, and relevant documentation for all shipments.Manage return logistics and maintain proper documentation for inward / outward stock.Inventory & Reporting :
Reconcile stock reports regularly with the store and accounts department.Maintain updated data for daily dispatches, pending orders, and transporter details.Generate MIS reports for management review on dispatch performance and logistics efficiency.Preferred Profile :
Graduate in Commerce, Management, or Logistics background preferred.2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or back-office operations.Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, GST billing, and e-way bill generation.Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and handle multiple dispatches simultaneously.General Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / Tally systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to coordinate seamlessly between Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
