Job descriptionB.Tech + MBA. 3–4 years' experience selling automation / IIoT / smart manufacturing solutions. Strong technical acumen in control systems, IoT, and automation concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in business development or solution sales. Competitive salary and incentives. About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will sell automation and IIoT solutions, bridging technical and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify leads, build pipeline, and manage full sales cycle.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions.
- Present technical solutions, demos, proofs of concept, and ROI cases.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell and expand accounts.
