Regional Retail Trainer

As a Regional Retail Trainer, you will deliver effective training and develop our retail team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for retail teams both in-person and remotely.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge training to ensure the retail team is equipped to confidently present and sell our products.
• Deliver training on sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer service, and other relevant skills to enhance the retail team&aposs performance.
• Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires and familiarizing them with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Assess the performance of the sales team during training sessions and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address performance gaps.
• Work closely with store and cluster managers to align training initiatives with sales goals and identify specific training needs.
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
