Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs for our sales teams operating in retail-focused environments. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales training, preferably within retail setups, and will be passionate about enhancing team performance through structured learning and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales training modules tailored for retail environments.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires to ensure consistency in company sales practices and product knowledge.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer service.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Partner with sales managers and team leads to identify knowledge gaps and design interventions accordingly.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor practices to incorporate into training content.
• Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training impact and ROI.
