We are looking for a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and lead training programs across our stores.

Role Overview

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery for store associates, shift managers, and multi-store managers. This includes content creation, training execution, and capability building across multiple cities. The role demands strong communication, a hands-on approach, and a passion for developing people in the fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for front-line and management staff across multiple stores.
• Create engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments).
• Ensure consistency in training delivery across cities.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
• Train employees on customer service, operational SOPs, hygiene, and upselling.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules.
