Be Electrical / Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Experience in handling commercial properties

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER will (with the support of the maintenance

staff) ensure that all the facilities like lifts / common area lightning / cleanliness of the

lawn / garden common areas are always kept trim and in good working condition by

taking full control of the situation.

In case of any breakdowns, he would liaise with the service providers of DG sets, lifts,

intercoms etc., and ensure that the problems are rectified immediately and to the

satisfaction of the residents.

He shall monitor periodical maintenance / servicing of all major machinery (DG sets,

lifts) intercoms, motors and ensure timely renewal of AMCs.

Salary - 56,000 in hand per month
