Job description

Qualifications

  • Be Electrical / Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Required Skills

  • Experience in handling commercial properties
  • ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER will (with the support of the maintenance
  • staff) ensure that all the facilities like lifts / common area lightning / cleanliness of the
  • lawn / garden common areas are always kept trim and in good working condition by

    • taking full control of the situation.

  • In case of any breakdowns, he would liaise with the service providers of DG sets, lifts,
  • intercoms etc., and ensure that the problems are rectified immediately and to the
  • satisfaction of the residents.
  • He shall monitor periodical maintenance / servicing of all major machinery (DG sets,
  • lifts) intercoms, motors and ensure timely renewal of AMCs.

    • Salary - 56,000 in hand per month
