Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Training and Development Specialist. The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. The role involves developing curricula, designing instructional materials, and providing support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. The specialist will also collaborate with management to identify training needs and ensure the continuous professional growth of the staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and delivering effective training sessions
• Strong Communication skills for clear and engaging instruction
• Experience in Instructional Design and developing instructional materials
• Skills in Curriculum Development and creating comprehensive training programs
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
