What you’ll do :
Lead hiring and onboarding
Drive employee engagement & retention
Oversee performance reviews
Ensure compliance & manage policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience (Plastic industry preferred)
- Proficiency in English, Tamil & Malayalam
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
