Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Drive & Support in delivery of dealer & distributor process digitization
- Product ownership including managing product roadmap, product backlog, requirement documentation & grooming
- Tight program management to ensure vendors, tech teams and business are delivering on time with complete clarity on requirements
- Responsible for functional analysis and documentation of requirements including logics, designs, visualisations etc with the functional teams
- Involvement in testing & validating acceptance criteria and signing off for deployment
- Building & implementing go to market strategy for new processes / platforms
- Ability to correlate digitization with improvement in business and operational KPI improvement
- Drive Continuous Improvement mindset to drive sustainance
- Experience
- 5-7 yrs
- Industry Preferred
- Auto industry experience in areas of dealer / distributor management
- Product management or consulting experience in auto domain will be a plus
- Qualifications
- Btech + MBA (Top Tier School)
