We focus on progress monitoring and tailored guidance with a non-intrusive educational model.

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and committed Team Manager to join our team in Vasai Virar. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of staff, ensure the smooth delivery of educational programs, and collaborate with multiple teams. Key responsibilities include monitoring team progress, providing tailored guidance, and ensuring resources are effectively distributed. The role also involves strategizing and implementing new initiatives to enhance team capability and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor staff performance and educational program delivery.
  • Provide tailored guidance and progress monitoring for PODs.
  • Collaborate across departments to strengthen outcomes.
  • Plan and implement new initiatives to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure resources and support are adequately distributed to meet goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in Education Management, Team Leadership, or Operations Management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse communities.
  • Skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
  • Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
