Job descriptionDrive lead generation through digital marketing, content marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and events. Build scalable campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Partner with sales to ensure alignment on pipeline growth and lead quality. Strengthen the companys brand presence across online and offline channels. Oversee PR, media relations, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives. Create compelling storytelling around product, company vision, and customer success stories. Track, measure, and report marketing performance across campaigns and channels. Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize effectiveness. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer 9 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or product-driven companies. Proven track record in demand generation, digital campaigns, and brand management. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and performance analytics. Experience in leading and scaling a marketing team. Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like Exposure to AI, SaaS, or B2B product ecosystems. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc. Prior startup or scale-up experience. Opportunity to own and shape the marketing function end-to-end. About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand, product, and demand-generation efforts.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision-making with creative campaigns to drive growth, awareness, and customer engagement.
The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to shape and execute our marketing roadmap.
