Roles and Responsibilities :
- Pre-process filamentandmaintainqualitythereofforuseinFDM
- Setup andoperateCNC-controlledFDM
- Monitor FDMprocessqualityandmakeadjustmentsif
- Perform post-processingsuchascuttingandsupport
- Schedule multiplejobsandprojectsinparallelmanagingmultiplemachinesto achieve throughput.
- Work with engineering and technical teams to improve process give feedback and suggestions on machines and projects.
- Maintain cleanlinessandensuresafetyinthework
- Troubleshooting preventive&scheduled
- Participation skillenhancementtraining
- Prepare digitalcopiesofproductionreportanduploadto
