Role Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site position at Patel Dairy Products Private Limited (Chhaswala) in Mahemdavad. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in operating machinery, maintaining quality control standards, and using hand tools effectively during the production process. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to machine operation and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation : Operate and maintain ice cream machines, including mixing, freezing, and packaging equipment.
• Recipe Management : Follow recipes and formulas to produce high-quality ice cream products.
• Ingredient Handling : Measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as cream, sugar, and flavorings.
• Quality Control : Monitor product quality, texture, and consistency to ensure it meets established standards.
• Cleaning and Sanitation : Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to uphold a safe and healthy environment.
• Production Planning : Plan and prioritize production tasks to meet demand and minimize waste.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve machine issues such as temperature fluctuations or mechanical problems.
• Team Collaboration : Work with other production staff to achieve production goals and foster a positive work environment.
