Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Pega Decisioning Consultant / Pega RPA Developer to join our digital transformation team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action (NBA), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) , with a proven track record of designing and delivering intelligent automation and decisioning solutions. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to implement scalable, high-performance Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Pega decisioning strategies using Customer Decision Hub (CDH), NBA, and adaptive models.
• Develop and deploy Pega RPA solutions for automating business processes and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements , translating them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Pega with external systems (APIs, databases, services) to support decisioning and automation workflows.
• Configure and optimize decision strategies, predictive models, and real-time interactions in Pega.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega solutions.
• Provide production support for Pega Decisioning and RPA applications, ensuring high availability and stability.
• Work with architects and senior engineers to define best practices, frameworks, and reusable components .
• Document technical designs, processes, and workflows for future reference.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement within the Pega practice.
