We are hiring for Sourcing Manager / Team Lead position for a reputed developer leading in Luxury Residential Projects at Pune West location.

Experience Required : 5 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Research and identify potential channel partners that align with our business strategy.

Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospective partners, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.

Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for partnership.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the on boarding process for new partners, including training, resources, and support.

Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
