Axis My India is seeking a dynamic and consultative professional to spearhead business development with a clear focus on solving real business challenges for clients across industries. This role goes far beyond transactional sales — it requires a strategic partner. Who can engage deeply with business leaders, understand their pressing challenges and craft innovative solutions that drive measurable impact.

The individual will be responsible for :

(a) Business  Transformation Mandates : Partnering with brands and organizations to act as a strategic advisor in identifying growth bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies and untapped opportunities. This includes co-creating data-driven strategies that not only address immediate challenges but also enable long-term business resilience, category leadership, market segmentation, market sizing and market expansion. The role will require engaging with senior decision-makers to align solutions with core business objectives and deliver measurable ROI

(b)   CSR Impact Advisory, Consulting Evaluation : Working closely with corporates and foundations to design robust frameworks that assess the effectiveness of CSR programs and interventions. This involves measuring real impact on communities, ensuring accountability and providing actionable insights that help organizations amplify their social responsibility initiatives.

(c) Advertising  and Communication Solutions : Driving advertising revenue by conceptualizing and implementing communication strategies through Axis My India’s unique consumer-connect platforms, especially the “A” app. This responsibility extends to developing targeted, hyper-local and scalable campaigns that enable brands to reach the right audiences with precision. The focus will be on creating integrated communication plans that maximize reach, engagement, and brand resonance, while delivering clear business outcomes for clients

(d) Product  Sampling & Visibility : Building innovative and high-impact product sampling programs that allow brands to establish direct connections with consumers. This entails designing visibility campaigns that not only enhance brand awareness but also influence consumer trial, adoption, and loyalty. By leveraging AMI’s deep consumer reach, the individual will ensure that sampling campaigns translate into measurable brand lift, higher conversions, and stronger market presence

Educational Background

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) / Marketing / Management / Economics or a related field from a reputed institute
  • Bachelor’s degree from Premier Institute like IIT's / NITs
  • Requirements

    Professional Experience

  • 10 –15 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, or client-facing roles across industries such as marketing, consumer insights, CSR advisory and media
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through business transformation projects, CSR evaluation, advertising / media sales, or consumer engagement programs
