Job descriptionProficient in CAM software such as Autodesk PowerMill software . Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Description
We are seeking a skilled CAM Programmer with 2-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs, ensuring that our machining processes are efficient and precise.
Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing CNC programs using CAM software.
- Collaborating with design engineers to understand specifications and requirements.
- Interpreting technical drawings and translating them into machine code.
- Troubleshooting and debugging existing programs to improve efficiency.
- Conducting simulations to ensure accuracy and efficiency of machining processes.
- Maintaining documentation of programming changes and updates.
- Assisting in training junior programmers and operators on CAM software.
